The Houston studio of SWA is seeking a Landscape Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience. This role is specifically focused on the planning, design, and implementation of master planned communities from conceptual design through documentation and construction administration. Proven experience working on large-scale residential communities is strongly desired.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping some of the region's most impactful community developments, working closely with developers, engineers, and our internal design team to create thoughtful, sustainable, and memorable environments.

Key Responsibilities:


+ Collaborate with staff to develop and execute design concepts for a variety of projects within master planned communities.

+ Prepare and review detailed site plans, planting plans, hardscape designs, grading, and construction documents.
