A boutique real estate litigation firm based in Downtown Manhattan is seeking a Landlord–Tenant Attorney to join its growing practice. This role will focus primarily on tenant defense in condominium and cooperative housing disputes throughout New York City. The attorney will manage a full scope caseload, representing tenants and unit owners in complex disputes involving co-ops, condominiums, landlords, boards, and property managers. The position offers substantial courtroom exposure, client interaction, and responsibility for handling matters from intake through resolution. Most cases will be heard in New York County and Kings County Civil and Supreme Courts.
