We are seeking a qualified and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Zayed City. The right candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries of properties, prepare legal documents, maps and plans, and advise clients on survey-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze survey data from field notes, aerial photographs, satellite images and other sources
• Calculate angles, distances and elevations using theodolites, transits or electronic distance-measuring devices
• Perform boundary surveys to identify property lines for property owners or public agencies
• Prepare legal documents such as deeds, easements and plat maps
• Assist in the preparation of reports on fieldwork results
• Locate necessary field evidence such as property monuments or boundary markers
