Land Administrator (Crossing Analyst / Historical Encroachments Specialist)

Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid) | Duration: 24 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pipeline crossing & encroachment files from research through resolution
• Work with landowners on removal, relocation, or approval of encroachments
• Draft crossing, land, and right-of-way agreements
• Research land titles and historical records
• Coordinate with legal/engineering teams on documentation
• Maintain records using SharePoint, TPC Database, Pandell LandWorks, and Power BI

Must Have:

• Surface land experience (required)
• Agreement drafting experience
• Experience with landowners, ROW, crossings, or encroachments
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
