Responsibilities

• Work in home care teams with children and adolescents with disabilities in Järvenpää and Tuusula.
• Provide home‑care services as part of the clients’ everyday life.
• Interpret clients’ needs in the home environment to support autonomy.

Qualifications

• Relevant education (lähihoitaja, kehitysvammahoitaja, perushoitaja).
• Experience in disability work.
• Willingness to work in home‑care teams and support clients’ everyday life.
• Driver’s licence is preferred.

Working conditions

• Employment type: Permanent.
• Salary: negotiable.
• Schedule: Day, evening, and night shifts; weekdays and weekends.
• Locations: Järvenpää and Tuusula. Two positions available.
