 Enhance the appearance and value of properties through execution of daily lagoon maintenance.
 Scrubbing rocks to remove debris and algae
 Changing filters and maintaining pump room.
 Skimming surface of water to remove debris
 Monitor PH levels weekly
 Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on property landscape needs.
 Drive, use, maintain and properly operate maintenance equipment.
 
   Qualifications  
  What We’re Seeking: 
 Love of the outdoors
 Aquatic Applicators License preferred but not required
 Driver's License preferred but not required
 Ability to complete the Davey landscape career development books
 Ability to complete the Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
