Position Summary
CHEO is seeking a Labour Relations Specialist to contribute to a dynamic workforce by providing expert advice, training, and support on collective agreements and labour issues. The specialist will work in a hybrid‑remote model, primarily from home but occasionally on site for training and meetings. The role reports to the Manager of Labour Relations and focuses on maintaining a positive work environment, resolving labour matters, and ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements.
