On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Laboratory Manager to join the Quality & Environment team , reporting directly to the QFSE Director at the Els Monjos plant.

This role holds full responsibility for leading the Central Laboratory (Chemistry & Microbiology) , managing a team of analysts and technicians, while remaining actively involved in routine analyses, method validation, and the implementation and maintenance of advanced laboratory technologies, including automation, robotics, and LIMS .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Central Laboratory (chemistry and microbiology), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analytical results
