Laboratory Coordinator 

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laboratory / Phlebotomy Coordinator.
This role includes overseeing the daily operations of laboratory and phlebotomy services ensuring the department operates efficiently and meets the needs of participants and healthcare partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory services / phlebotomy, with excellent team leadership and coordination skills.

Description:
 

+ Coordinating the activities of phlebotomy staff in the documentation, collection, processing, testing, and shipping of patient samples.

+ Training, evaluating, and coaching phlebotomy staff and providing support.

+ Ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols and procedures.

+ Performing blood draws and collecting other biological specimens from participants.
