Job Title Laboratory Assistant Business COMMERCIAL & INTERNATIONAL SALES - ELOMP-JA OPERATIONS
Job Purpose Responsible for assisting the laboratory chemists and QA QC Manager in the operation of the laboratory of Lubricating Oils and Greases in the plant.
Principal Accountabilities - Draws samples of raw material, packaging material and finished products as per the directives of the lab chemist and the QA QC Manager.
- Maintains the laboratory and laboratory equipment apparatus in a absolutely clean condition at all times.
- Ensures proper storage and easy recall of the laboratory retension samples.
- Ensures the adequate supply of laboratory chemicals is available for testing by replenishment from the store at proper intervals.
- Assists in ensuring minimum batch release time.
- Participates in the implementation of the HSE policy of the company and follow safe working practises across the plant.
