Labor Relations Manager


What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking an experienced Construction Labor Relations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage the relationship between management trade union organizations and members. This role acts as the primary liaison between union representatives, field employees, and corporate leadership. The candidate will ensure compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), Project Labor Agreements (PLAs), and labor laws, while proactively addressing employee issues to prevent work stoppages and grievances. The candidate will also serve as a primary investigator and advisor on all employee relations issues, with a specialized focus on harassment, discrimination, and retaliation complaints.
