This generalist position will report to and assist the General Counsel and is ideally suited for an enthusiastic legal professional seeking a career as an in-house attorney in an entrepreneurial environment with broad responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include to:

• Research, review, interpret, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts associated with Matheson’s industrial bulk, packaged and onsite gas business. Types of contracts include sales, consulting, product supply, construction, lease, and non-disclosure agreements.
