**Description:**

Provides quality phlebotomy and laboratory services for patients by following regulatory guidelines and requirements for specimen collection, handling, processing, test analysis, quality assurance, reporting, maintenance of equipment, and record keeping while demonstrating Genesis Health System's standards of behavior. Recognizes quality assurance problems and resolves or refers to supervisor.

**General Requirements:**

+ Education: Associate's Degree
+ Licensures/Registration: MLT (ASCP) or equivalent within one year of hire
+ Experience: Less than 1 year experience required.

**Schedule:** Full Time Days - 32 hours per week. Rotating weekends and holidays
