Lab Specialist is responsible to support the functioning and development of science labs and to work closely with Department faculty to provide high quality technical and teaching support in science labs.

Assist in the pursuit of the highest quality of classroom and laboratory teaching by coordinating the timely and effective delivery of laboratory equipment and materials in support of the science programs demonstrations and practical classes.

• Set up and test laboratory equipment and materials required for laboratory experiments and be on‑site and immediately available throughout each practical examination.
• Support the delivery of teaching and learning activities.
• Demonstrate and provide instruction to students in proper use and care of laboratory materials and equipment.
