**Job Description**
This individual will be responsible for maintaining the quality control standards in the company, which include testing raw and finished food products.
+ The candidate will also be responsible for effective functioning of the lab and calibration and monitoring of laboratory equipment during their shift.
+ Some lifting will be expected (up to 55 pounds).
+ Candidate must be self-motivated, honest, detail oriented, and possess effective communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
+ The position may be scheduled to work 13-hour shifts and sometimes weekends.
**Requirements**
This person must be self motivated, detail oriented, and willing to be flexible as to their schedule. Must be honest and hard working. There will be a drug test, physical and background check.
Applicant must agree to work according to Good Manufacturing Practices. Preferred high school graduate and at least 18 years of age.
