L1 Application Support – Hospital Information System

Rigved Technologies is hiring 2 L1 Application Support professionals for a hospital-based healthcare IT support role in Fort, Mumbai.

The selected candidates will provide first-level application support for Hospital Information System applications and work closely with hospital users, clinical teams, IT teams and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for HIS, LIMS and RIS applications.
• Resolve daily application and user issues within defined timelines.
• Log, track, document and escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.
• Support hospital workflows including OPD, IPD, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, ward management and discharge.
• Assist users with login issues, password resets, access rights and user-account management.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, hospital staff and internal IT teams.
