Job Responsibilities

• Issue and manage invoices for customers and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Organize and maintain data and documentation related to sales, costs, and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—sales, finance, logistics, and procurement—to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Handle the distribution and collection of documents between internal departments and external partners.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Assist in cost analysis and reporting to support business decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all documentation and invoicing activities.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and documentation.
