Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing Medical Affairs team with strong scientific, communication, and compliance capabilities.
Serve as a role model and mentor, fostering a culture of scientific excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Develop and execute the local Medical Affairs plan in alignment with global and regional Medical Affairs LCM strategies and business priorities.
Develop pre & post medical launch plan of new products
Oversee and, when appropriate, lead high-level scientific interactions, advisory boards, and scientific exchange meetings.
Ensure clear medical governance and alignment across functions while maintaining scientific independence and compliance.
Oversight medical review processes, documentation, and quality standards across the team.
