**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Kitchen Supervisor oversees the food service operation at community centers. You will deliver consistent, high‑quality nutrition service while ensuring exceptional guest service, waste reduction, efficient and compliant operations.

**Primary Tasks:**
1. Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor according to department demands with no outages and meeting timely food service delivery at elder luncheons and home delivered lunches.
2. Supervise, manage, and develop the food service team in compliance with Tribal and Department policies and procedures; coach and document poor performance or sub-standard behavior; conduct performance evaluations.
