We are looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to support daily kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality hot pot ingredients to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare ingredients according to company standards and recipes
• Slice meat, prepare soup bases, and portion seafood and vegetables accurately
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including slicers and fryers
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
• Assist with prep work, restocking, and daily opening/closing duties
