The team at Petersham Nurseries Café are looking for a Kitchen Porter.

Kitchen Porter - Responsibilities

It will be your responsibility to help to keep the kitchen running smoothly by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic.

• Responsible for washing up and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness in all areas of responsibility.
• Daily Organise the storeroom/s and sanitise the fridges.
• Unpack and check new deliveries against delivery notes and raise any discrepancies with Head/ Sous Chef.
• Collecting and washing pots, pans, plates and cutlery.
• Washing and disinfecting kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls.
• Making sure kitchen equipment is properly stored.
