We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Chef to join a new modern Japanese Izakaya concept opening in Telok Ayer. (New Restaurant opening in July- August)
Responsibilities - Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and execute Japanese hot kitchen dishes to company standards
- Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation
- Ensure proper food safety and hygiene practices
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Ensure smooth service during lunch and dinner operations
Requirements - Experience in Japanese restaurants, izakaya, robata, kappo or contemporary Japanese dining
- Ability to work in a fast-paced opening team environment
- Positive attitude and team player
- Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
