Spanish-inspired Restaurant in JHB South is looking for dynamic and experienced Stock Controller / Kitchen Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities include managing and supervising the kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety and overseeing the kitchen's financial performance, including stock control, managing and maintaining inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, and coordinating with other departments for timely deliveries and replenishment.
