About the Role

We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team in Minehead. We truly believe that variety is the spice of life and in this role you’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop the skills of our team in one of our fantastic food venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen team, ensuring high standards and an exceptional guest experience.
• Plan resources, recruit and select personnel to build a capable team.
• Monitor service delivery and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Deliver food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking standards.
• Maintain food hygiene standards and health and safety in line with legislation and company policies.
