Chopping/Cutting/Slicing of ingredients (Vegetables and Protein) 
Familiar with South Asian cuisine would be a place point 
Willingness to learn 
Capability to incorporate Indian flavors into modern and international dishes 
Able to work well as a single individual and as a team player 
Able to lead small teams to achieve Business Goals/Results 
Diploma or certification in culinary arts preferred 
At least 5-8 years in a professional kitchen with 2-3 years in a leadership role 
Ability to communicate clearly with kitchen staff and interact professionally with guests in a multicultural environment
