Prepare sauces (e.g. soy garlic, spicy gochujang, honey butter) according to recipe 
Coat and batter chicken before frying 
Ensure proper food handling and hygiene standards at all times 
Assist in deep frying chicken using standard procedures 
Monitor cooking time, oil temperature, and food quality 
Assembling orders (e.g. packing chicken, adding sides like fries or pickles) 
Ensure consistency in taste and presentation 
 Kitchen Operations  Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area (workstations, utensils, equipment) 
Wash dishes, trays, and cooking equipment 
Refill ingredients and ensure stock is readily available during operations 
Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards
