Employment Type: Full-time permanent role 
Hours of Work: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends from Monday - Sunday.
Wage Rate: $26 - $26.50 per hour

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning of cooking utensils and pots used in the kitchen
  • Cleaning out fridges, freezers and deep fryers as required
  • Cleaning kitchen and food preparation areas, including sculleries
  • Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, and ensuring they are sanitised regularly
  • Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking as required by the chefs
  • Any other duties reasonably required by the sous chef or head chef.
