Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education principles
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young learners
Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Use play-based and experiential learning methods to support holistic growth
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development regularly
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and curiosity among students
