Job Purpose:

Manage scheduling and related analysis for urban, feeder, intercity, cost-sharing and seasonal bus
services so plans reflect RTA and PTA policies, operational realities and service quality needs. Analyze
data, streamline processes, resolve complaints and coordinate stakeholders to enhance reliability and
efficiency.

Roles & Accountabilities:

Strategy
• Schedule urban, feeder, intercity, cost-sharing and seasonal bus routes in line with RTA/PTA
policies to align network operations with strategic coverage and service objectives.
• Solve scheduling-related issues innovatively and provide workable solutions to complaints
raised about services and schedules.
• Engage PTA stakeholders, Marketing and Corporate Communication, and committees to
prioritize schedules and improvements, ensuring agreed timelines, OTP and CRM reporting,
and alignment with efficiency and major event requirement...
