            The Person: 
Matric. 
Must be fluent in Mandarin (non-negotiable) . 
Tertiary qualification a strong advantage. 
Minimum 3 to 5 years customer service or administrative support experience. 
Logistics or warehousing background preferred. 
Must be able to start immediately. 
Familiarity with warehousing, freight or logistics operations, an added advantage. 
Excellent Excel skills. 
The Job: 
Customer Service & Query Handling:Answer inbound phone calls and walk-in queries from existing customers. 
Handle routine questions on pricing, service availability, delivery status, and account queries. 
Log customer interactions in the system and escalate complex issues to the BDM. 
 
Quote Preparation Support:Assist the BDM with preparing customer quotes.
