Job Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end commercial health of a dedicated portfolio of IT vertical accounts, covering client relationships, rate negotiations, contract scope, and service escalations.
- Manage newly won accounts from the business development team and onboard them properly. Quickly assigning ownership, introducing the team, and putting a maintenance plan in place.
