Position: Key Account Manager (Freight Forwarding / IT Logistics)
Location: Cecil Street - Near Raffles Place MRT
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $6500 + Performance Bonus (commensurate with experience)

Main Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of IT logistics accounts, covering customer relationships, rates, scope, escalations and account growth.
Take over assigned accounts from senior team members through a structured handover and act as the customer’s main commercial contact.
Onboard newly won accounts from the business development team by assigning ownership, introducing the support team and setting up account maintenance plans.
Grow accounts through lane expansion, new geographies and value-added services such as IOR/EOR and ITA...
