The role’s goal is to position H+S as a leading supplier, focusing on electrification (High Voltage) and portfolio expansion. Success demands a commercially strong, technically skilled leader able to manage complex global customer relationships and growth opportunities.

  • Strategic Account Management: Serve as the main global contact for Volvo Group, develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy, and strengthen the position as a key strategic partner, especially in high-voltage and wiring solutions.
