Responsibilities:
Customer & Category Growth: Develop and grow the customer portfolio by driving distribution, sales, key account management, and category development based on core range and NPD strategies.
Customer Planning & Negotiations: Define and execute annual customer plans, lead yearly negotiations, and ensure the implementation and monitoring of agreed trading conditions.
Assortment & Trade Marketing Execution: Manage product listings, assortment matrices, promotional grids, and ensure execution of trade marketing plans and company marketing standards.
