- Support O&M department in terms of digitalization effort, i.e., GoArc, ePTW, daily operation processes.
- Involve in daily O&M activities to provide new insights and suggestion to improve and streamline the workflow.
- Shadow and support maintenance engineers to conduct boiler overhaul meeting, monitor and update the boiler overhaul activities progress, thus gaining project management skills.
- Conduct problem analysis and troubleshooting on plant processes.
- Support O&M in plant projects.
- Engage and support O&M in different audits, i.e., ISO50001, Energy Conservation Act, Carbon Pricing Act, ISO , ISO45001, ISO9001 etc.
- Engage in and support overseas WTE projects.
