The Role
- Provide comprehensive and high-quality hotline services to customers, answering phone inquiries.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and maintain service quality according to service level agreements.
- Provide timely feedback on customer needs and market information, offer improvement suggestions, and continuously enhance customer service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and carry out other tasks assigned by superiors.
