Monitor colour quality and register throughout production.
Quality Control : Conduct press checks and adjust settings to maintain print quality. Inspect printed sheets for defects such as smudging, misregistration, or colour variation.
Maintenance : Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance of the press. Identify and report mechanical or technical issues.
Production Efficiency : Work to achieve daily production targets with minimal waste. Record production data, including run times, waste, and material usage.
