Responsibilities
- Monitor a busy AskHR mailbox, managing and monitoring approvals for HR workflows.
- Draft letters to vary terms and conditions of employment and maintain and update documents and files.
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve systems and processes, bringing efficiency to the work of the team.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a similar administrative role, or a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- A good eye for detail and excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand an organisation’s structure, HR policies and procedures.
