  • Conduct first interviews and assess candidates' skills, motivation and cultural fit

  • Manage the recruitment process from A to Z

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives (career events, social media, etc.)

  • Stay up-to-date with retail market trends and hiring practices



  • Bachelor's degree (HR, Business or similar)

  • Strong interest in retail and people-focused roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, results-driven and eager to learn

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
