What You’ll Actually Do

• Own the full recruitment cycle for bilingual BPO roles
• Source and headhunt candidates like it’s your second nature
• Move fast on pipelines and keep roles filled, not open
• Screen candidates in English (no scripts, real conversations)
• Use ATS like a control tower, not a checklist
• Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers moving
• Track candidates, follow up, and don’t let talent go cold
• Help us build smarter ways to attract bilingual profiles
