**Job Description**

**_Junior Stationary Engineer-Mount Sinai Hospital_**

Inspects, operates, maintains and repairs Central Plant equipment such as cooling towers pumps, fans, engines, generators, turbines, liquid chillers, compressors and compressed air systems, vacuum systems, heating and ventilating equipment, emergency power generation and distribution systems and related auxiliary equipment via hand and or computerized controls. Performs tests, submits reports, and documents all work and activities. Supervises others engaged in work in the Central or Refrigeration Plants. Performs any and all related duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer or Plant Manager

**Qualifications**

**_Requirements:_**

+ HS Diploma/GED
+ Must have 3-years? experience as a journeyman in Mechanical or Electrical Field.
+ Must be proficient with all hand and power tools required as well as basic electrical testing with Volt-Ohm Me...
