As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen:
Assist with menu planning and seasonal dish developmentMaintain high standards of food quality and presentationLead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absenceTrain and support junior team membersHelp manage stock control and minimise wasteEnsure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained What we’re looking for
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
