The Junior Sous Chef supports the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, food preparation and service delivery. This role is responsible for supervising sections of the kitchen, maintaining standards and assisting in team development.
Duties:
Assist the Sous Chef with kitchen management
Supervise food preparation and service quality
Ensure recipes and plating standards are followed
Monitor hygiene and cleanliness standards
