Overview
As a Solutions Consultant, you will support clients in Latin America navigating complex local compliance requirements. You’ll work with project managers, technical teams, and customers to drive successful implementations from kickoff through go‑live.
Responsibilities
- Manage individual project activities to ensure completion within defined timelines
- Apply product and functional knowledge to guide customers on best practices and ensure software meets local compliance requirements
- Support technical teams with troubleshooting based on your knowledge of the product and regulatory landscape
- Assist with light technical tasks such as PDF mapping adjustments to meet customer commitments
- Drive testing phases in line with customer needs and Sovos best practices
