Junior Sister/Charge Nurse – Paediatrics

We have an exciting opportunity for a paediatric junior sister/charge nurse to join our newly established dedicated Day Surgery Unit B42 (DSU). The unit opened in June 2023 and is now expanding its service to include children 2‑18 years who require elective surgery.

As a band 6 nurse you will lead the team in providing high standard care with patients at the heart of what we do. You will have line management responsibility for a small team of paediatric nurses, provide teaching, and have protected time for teaching and education. The role involves:
