Responsibilities: Attend to technical inquiries and provide technical support. Liaise with Europe based technical department. Attending to vessel when assigned. Investigation of technical issues and collaborate with the technical team based in Belgium Ensure that end-users are fully satisfied with service provided. Input data into internal system. Assist industry trials in accordance with client test protocol. Preparing of reports. Other ad hoc jobs when assigned.
