Assist Sales Team with customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.Prepare sales documents: quotations, invoices, order confirmations, and delivery notes.Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order dispatch and delivery sales records, customer database, and prepare basic sales reports.Support client communication, follow-ups, and after-sales service when needed.
