            Junior Regional Operations Manager needed in KZN in the FMCG Industry 
Salary: R24 000 - R34 000 

Minimum requirements: 

Matric

Diploma or higher in Operations Management, or related field would be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of operations, finance, quality, HR, and customer relations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to solve problems and adapt to change

Computer literacy in MS Office, Zoho, Flooid Hospitality, and Teams.

Own reliable transport

5-10 Years experience in a multidisciplinary role (including 5+ years in management) 

Must have experience in the restaurant, catering and Alied Trades industry 

Obtain budgets within the region and drive sales

Maintaining food costs in the region

Maintaining labour costs in the region
