Role Purpose

The Junior Product Specialist supports Johnson & Johnson’s engagement with healthcare professionals by promoting assigned products under close guidance and coaching. The role focuses on building foundational field capabilities, developing disease and product knowledge, and executing customer interactions in full alignment with J & J Credo values, compliance standards, and approved strategies. The Junior Product Specialist contributes to increasing product awareness and access by delivering high-quality compliant interactions and territory objectives as part of a broader cross-functional team.
