**Summary**

Credit Specialist for Centralized Commercial Loan (CCL) Portfolio Management (PM) Team aids PM Team in support of the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio: specifically in daily collateral monitoring for our Centralized and Commercial markets, as well as aids in regular monitoring and support of the CCL portfolio.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

**Underwriting Support:**

+ Demonstrate an understanding of applicable credit products and requirements.
+ Proactively communicate with Relationship Teams, CCL partners, and other Bank partners for appropriate financial documents.
+ Determine appropriate review criteria based on Credit Approval Package, executed Business Loan Agreement, and other loan documentation.
+ Spread financial statement and tax return data into Bank software or templates.
